Pulling one over on the VA DMV [Video]

Indie filmmakers Will Carsola and Dave Stewart pulled this prank off as part of a "movie" they're putting together. Apparently, after the Virginia DMV caught wind of the above video, they issued a letter to both of them demanding that they play fair:

The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles said yesterday it is ordering two men to get their license photos retaken -- this time without the red-painted skin, spray-on hair and fake teeth -- or lose their driving privileges.

According to the two, DMV employees hardly raised an eyebrow to their antics. Not much life at that party, huh? But you already know that.
